Return to Video FAQs

Transcript:

A court in Ontario may consider a payer’s high debt when considering the amount of child support that the payer must pay for their children. In order to get modification to child support payment, the payer must a meet a criteria called undue hardship. If you believe that you’re entitled to a reduction in child support payments, you should contact a family lawyer to explore your options.
